Youth travels are in great demand and the market is highly competitive. Here, only serious offers and excellent quality can win. Another special feature in this market is the double-target group. On one hand, there are the young people who have to be enthused over the tours offered and on the other hand, the parents who must usually pay for them. Trust is what it is about, particularly for parents.

Communication addressed only to young people will not get one on top in this market. That is why we have opted for a double-tracked communication approach. For one, based on "Image" - strengthening trust in the provider by using a serious and clear language. Second, addressing the multipliers directly with the travel offers in common youth language.
